Power in Paper

And as the sparks spray
The light plays tricks
like flash-back movie flicks
Out of my way, please,
Can't stop
This treadmill has got me locked

In my dreaming
I've got to be dreaming.

So did the sale mute the truth
The document weight
Such a flimsy, folded fate
Who'd have thought such power in paper
could white wash the people you said you were saving
Supposed to be saving.

I ask you again, is this real?

Are we just dreaming?
Are we just dreaming.
